At the Santa Rosa Trek dealer, Phil Scheidler excels at customer relations. In my experience, Phil acts as my agent in that he assesses my wants and needs and genuinely wants me to be happy with my purchase. I have heard this compliment repeated from friends that have dealt with him as well.

Phil from santa rosa trek its absolutely the best seller that you guys have! He explained everything perfectly for me and my wife. He have so much attention on the details. Thank you again Phil! As always, the quality of work is top notch! Took my road bike in to for new bar tape and to have the drivetrain cleaned. Bar tape looks and feels fantastic! Drivetrain is spotless!
