Outstanding Trek Store. Kris, the manager, is super nice and very accommodating. Kristan checked me in and did all the analysis of what my bike needed. Dave did a spectacular job of repairing the bike. This is a great store. I have bought 4 bikes from them in 15 years and always had superior service.

Friendly, happy, helpful, professional by phone and in person. Nice big shop (❤️ dog friendly if I may add). Very knowledgeable staff. An abundance of bicycles in all sorts, shapes and sizes. Perfect for this Autumn and our local bike riding trails. Great selections of accessories (think stocking stuffers... 😉). Fun selection of bike bells, make sure your kids have them and know how to use them. Quick turn around for bike services done in the shop. What can I say, I love my Shawnee Trek shop.
