Stopped into Trek during a ride for a brake pad check. Alex looked at my bike right then and let me know when I could bring it in for service. Service was completed on the day/time when Alex suggested, no unexpected delay or additional parts needed. This is the second time I’ve brought my bike in for service and both times the work was done as estimated and on time. Great job!

Came into the store in Georgetown without an appointment because of an emergency flat tire on my Trek bike. The repair was fast, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The price for the repair was also reasonable.

They provided excellent service and the bikes were great. They do not carry a huge inventory of rentals but very accommodating and would recommend to anyone who wants to ride on a much nicer class of bike than typical rentals.
