I have an e-bike purchased several years ago and I absolutely love it! I have ridden several other brands over the years when I wasn’t able to ride my own and had to rent. I continue to appreciate my TREK the most! The service I receive at the TREK location in Westerville has also been great! Never too busy to help, courteous and friendly! Easy access off of the bike path!

I've purchased two Trek bicycles. The employees at this Trek are so friendly and helpful. They explain everything in detail and never talk down to the customer when doing so. Ryan assisted me with my first Trek purchase, my Verve that's become my favorite bike of all time. Last year he assisted me in several detailed discussions of bike racks for my car. I've taken all 3 of our bikes to this Trek location for service, several years in a row. Can't say enough good about this store and its employees!! HIGHLY recommend ♥️
