I took my electric bike to this store and it was a great experience. They put my bike together and held it at the store for me while I waited on the missing piece to be mailed to me. Anthony has been in the shop for decades! He is an icon of cycling technical experts in our region. You’re very lucky to have him. I’ve been shopping at this store location since the 1980’s and he has been there through four different store name changes. Trek itself is just a name in my opinion but with employees like Anthony, you’re getting an expert with empirical experience.
