Great customer service! They went above and beyond to ensure we got the right bike for my daughter. They included a kick stand for her and we had great experiences with the trade in program for their kids bikes. We’ve had 4 Trek bikes for our kids and 1 adult bike and it’s the excellent customer service and value that keeps us coming back.

Friendly staff. They specially helped me with mounting a child seat that fits the bike specs. Appreciate it a lot! But about the bike itself: The battery lid is easily comes off when I hit a simple bump on road! It is clipped in like 15 min after I started biking with it and have to go back to see what to do about it.
