Rylie very knowledgable and helpful. The shop always gets my bike done earlier than I thought it would be. They do a great job and have great products. Great selection of bikes and they have knowledge about all of them.

Some of the friendliest staff at a bike shop I have encountered! Very helpful and nice, which was refreshing. Bike shops carry some weird elitist vibe most of the time, but I did not feel that here at all.

Service is fabulous I don’t own a trek bike but they service my salt air bike and they are great. Riley is always so friendly and knowledgeable.

Trek was the only shop I found that had Orange Seal Endurance product in stock. I got the rear wheel sealed and back to riding. Otherwise, I would be waiting for the product to ship from another shop and not riding. You had what I needed when I needed it.

The staff are always very friendly. I love that the store is open on Sundays. I drive across the valley to come to this store because of these things!

Excellent service. I had ordered a bicycle on line, and, of course, it came in parts. I attempted to build it myself and I ended up with a brand new rickety junk. I remembered that I got my previous 20 year old bike from Trek. Afraid to even try to ride it to Trek, a friend and I loaded it into my car and drove to Trek Bicycle. The next morning they delivered the totally fixed beautiful bike to me. The price was much less than I expected and the service was excellent.
