The staff at Trek JC are always friendly and accommodating. Andrew and Connor go out of their way to work with me on timing and completion of thier quality maintenance and repair services. I work for a trail building company and use my Rail ebike to commute up to our current work area on Doe Mt in East Tn. I would highly recommend this store for both the quality of Trek bicycles and thier high level of service. David

Connor was amazing!!! We bought our bikes here a few years back and we've since moved out of state. We called because our brakes had gone bad and come to find out there was a recall on them. He went above and beyond to not only get the replacement brakes to us but also to research and recommend a good bike shop to go to in out local area to have them put on. We truly miss this store. I always have great service from the sales people at Trek Johnson City. They always have time to show me the features of the bikes and compare the different models to help me find a bike that suits my needs. I also love the trade-up program for youth bike. I just upgraded my daughter’s bike and enjoyed the trade-in rebate.

Exploring the mountains on my Trek Fuel is my favorite way to exercise, plan, enjoy time with friends, and be alone with my thoughts. What makes Trek special in Johnson City is not just the bike I own or the local mountains here to ride (both are great), but the team of folks at the shop who get how special it is to ride and live here. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We had some issues with the online financing app, and the staff was very patient with this process and me as well. I have always had excellent service while visiting the store in Johnson City prior to purchasing my e-bike! I definitely recommend this store!
