Super nice and great service!

Friendly and helpful staff

Prompt, friendly service. Latest bikes, clothing, and tech. Always helpful.

Love the service and personal interest of my local Trek Store!! The new manager is very nice and enjoyed meeting him yesterday!

I had a tune up completed on a E-Mountain bike. I dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready on Wednesday. Very simple and easy. I would highly recommend them for a Tune Up!

Excellent staff and very knowledgeable and nice

Terrific customer service!

Trek bikes have always been great bikes. Have had many through the years. Store has always had a friendly and helpful staff.

Love products great people at the store very helpful

Nice. Professional. Friendly. Decent inventory.

Very personalized one on one service. They chat with you so they can find what you're looking for within your budget. It's a small shop but they have wide variety of bikes and ebikes in a wide range of prices. I got a shark gray Electra Townie S. I'm 6 feet 3 inches tall. They made sure it would fit me comfortably and it did. They also do bike and ebike repairs and tune-ups. They have a lot of accessories, including bike carriers. Trek Bicycles is a gem.

I brought a bike in I got from a good friend. It needed a minor tune-up. When I came to pick it up, it rode like a dream. Looking forward to putting a lot of miles on it! Thank you for the excellent service and vibes

Very friendly all the way around. I asked many questions and they were super helpful in helping me to understand.

Mr. Trey from the Lee Summit, Missouri, Trek shop was very informative about products and my current problem of why my Roscoe wasn't shifting hardly at all. I was adamant that I was needing an upgrade for a new shifter component. But he showed me in great detail that it just needed a new chain for my five year old "Rossy". She's in excellent condition other than that setback. I was thankful, for it was very impressive that my situation was corrected accurately and immediately resolved with such kindness. And he test drove it for validity of his work. Thank you, thank you, Mr. Trey. You're a blessing in the Lord. Just as equally important to the cause for professional rectification, Mr. Trey asked the decisive question in laymen's terms, "Are you having trouble when you shift at the shifter or when you shifted and you're trying to pedal into that next level of shift?" That was the defying difference in a permanent resolution. Spot on! my friend. My girl Rossy was having trouble going into her gear as I pedaled. And upon inspection, that chain was beat up! She has 1000 miles on her. And she traverses onto and over gravel, dirt, concrete, and jumps. I love doing jumps with Rossy. My girl is the best. And she knows me as "Machine Gun Kelly"--a former Army brat that loves all those types of military equipment and the rush of speed in my hair and face. Granted Machine Gun Kelly is associated with a gangster for murder during the prohibition years. However, I like the name Kelly with Rossy's purple coloring and a fascination with machine guns and the like. I always wanted to be at the turret of a gun on an Army Humvee or the old military Jeep Willys, preferably in a Jeep Willy. Ha! Riding is very therapeutic to say the least. Enjoy the animation if you are so inclined. Stationed at the Big Red One in Ft. Riley, Kansas at the precious age of elementary students, my brother and I used to always play soldiers on our bicycles with sticks as guns to shoot the enemy at stealth and speed. Childhood is the best playground. I love my Bubba. He retired from the Army and my son served as well. Thank you, Jesus, for giving them their courage and faith in you to make it through as they protected us here and abroad. Notable in my experience Mr. Trey took me serious as he courteously allowed me to watch him repair my girl, as I am very mechanically inclined from a family history of army mechanics and engineers from both sides of my family. I was grateful for our visit. Upon showing up the old crew, none of whom we could find was to our dismay. Immediate intimidation set in as not a single soul remained--no longer employed. That was very saddening and heart-wrenching, feeling as if I had suddenly lost something very valuable that I always carry closest to me in my pocket, searching for that missing something that accompanies me in all my travels. Where? How could I have lost it? Had I done something wrong by not being able to visit with my old friends for business? Chris who accurately vetted me into my Rossy, Ms. Michelle who vetted me into the safest and durable gear for riding, Caleb, Luke, and the others. All invaluabel. I'm sorry the Trek employer had to make other financial decisions. Our businesses across our America is under siege due to a crippling economy at the personal hands of our government. Please do not lose hope rather put your faith in Christ for providing a legacy of quality and integrity to our customers. I hope and pray our Lee Summit, Missouri Trek store will thrive wth the existing work culture and clientele to the glory of Christ. I travel a full hour to have my girl only serviced by them and purchase all my products from them since they are skilled and have experiential knowledge. In addition to meeting my needs, I was in need of several other components for my daily ride, and Mr. Trey was very supportive in soughting out the correct in-house products: a bicycle bag, a new light, new gloves, new grips, new tire valve stem, and a chain lubricant as well as a new set of pedals for my back-up girl, "old red" a 30 year old trustworthy work horse of a mountain bike. I was relieved and ecstatic that he noticed the expired life of Rossy's valve stem was needing a new replacement. Maybe now I can effortlessly reapply Rossy's "plasma", her precious glitter sealant. And, Mr. Trey showed me a wax-based lubricant for my chain. Mr. Trey is not privy to my medical condition of debilitating, neurological migraines. But, I was relieved he introduced me to a lubricant that was not a type of heavy petroleum base. Every industrial chemical to household detergents triggers my migraines. He also imparted knowledge of how to properly wash my girl Rossy after riding her with explicit instructions and the proper timing of the lubrication and frequency to my chain. I never washed her for fear that she would be induced to permanent rust. No fear now. Thank you, Mr. Trey. May the existing and future clientele appreciate your expertise and deep care for them and their serious ride and reciprocate in return. Praise worthy to say and share, we forged a very promising, trustworthy business friendship. And he reiterated a yearly maintenance was very important to the life of my girl. I just live so far out that I avoid it. Not any more I won't. Mr. Trey or one of his other team members could have remedied my problem before my dysfunctional chain caused me a 500 foot slide on gravel because it locked up my back tire. By the grace of God I was wearing my helmet, and His angels guided me from losing control, for I never flipped or fell from my girl. The heavenly realm of the Lord's angels were curtailing Rossy's fishtailing. I shouldn't have endangered Rossy or myself. Mr. Trey kindly wth great tact and control reiterated to me that that occurrence was "Very dangerous". Rightfully and respectfully understood. I gave him my word that I had learned my lesson about putting my girl's maintenance off. Lastly about the rest of the orchestrated team, there was another gentleman that was another sales/tech that was very kind who offered us a chair while studying the repair of Rossy. Forgive me for not knowing his name. I will in time, for I am faithful repeat customer. Glad he is with us, very precious. My service animal and her little boyfriend was accompanied with me as the gentleman offered a water bowl and a beverage. I was very appreciative of such customer appreciation. And we do, certainly, appreciate your team. They deserve a raise or at least a bonus. And of course our dear Ms. Hannah who is the cashier/tech has served our country proudly and was very pleasant in her newest position of only two weeks. Glad she is here. We engaged and learned that we are canine lovers at heart, and of course of like minds, we love our Kawasakis and mountain bikes out on the trail. Thank you for such an irreplaceable team: experienced with tact, industrious workers, professional and personal integrity, kind, patient, and friendly. Sad the others had to leave my shop, but we can all move forward into better relationships with such excellent service all across the board from the moment you walk in to the last step out the door. I will not ever shop elsewhere. And I haven't. Your shop is still and will always be recommended by Rossy and I--very precious. My priceless treasure that I carry with me on all our travels has been restored. Thanks be to God. In my heart my old team is not replaced by the new. They are forged together forever with the new wherever Rossy and I travel. Thanks be to God for all your help and support. Please continue to do well and God will bless it. Always give God the glory. Prayers ascend for all your team and their families...Amen. Have a blessed day in the Lord. Faithfully in Christ, Mrs. [NAME REMOVED] Hebrews 13:16 "Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God."

Friendly helpful staff.

The Verve 3 is an excellent and very comfortable bike at a reasonable price. I liked the comfort features and especially the low step option. It is great for an old man with bad knees! Service was excellent and Jeremy was very knowledgeable with all the questions that I had! Looking forward to doing business for years to come!

I like the employees who treat you with kindness and respect. Hanna and Jeremy were so polite. They truly cared about helping me, and went over backwards to take care of my problem. Jeremy made sure even even checked other areas of my bike, and fixed them without a charge. This is the best place you can go in this area to be treated with very professional employees, and not be taken advantage of while getting the best care for your investment. I will defi stray go back to them.

Cole was amazing - super knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service!

Super helpful and friendly. Got the old bike fixed and bought a new one!!
