Awesome shop! I had a small puncture the morning of bike check-in for Ironman CA. I called Trek and they were able to fix my issue within the hour. Ryan was very helpful and chatted with me about the course and wind conditions. 10/10 would recommend!

Went in to Trek Bike Sacramento Midtown store for some hydration mix. Always on sale. Larry was at the counter and he is such a nice and friendly person to be around. Have not dealt with Ryan the manager. Very convenient location with good inventory.

Good selection of bikes and knowledgeable staff who give good advice and answer questions. Limited products and accessories, etc. in store. Many products often out of stock.

Larry and Nate were great to work with. Nate showed our daughter a few different bikes that fit her well and generated a quote. We called back 2 days later, and Larry helped us quickly process the purchase. He also helped to get the bike to us within a day. Great, friendly service.
