Great and durable product. Service was excellent. They were attentive, answered all my questions, customized the bike to me and was kind enough to deliver the bike. Above and beyond and so kind to an older customer.

We visit the location often with flat tires, twisted handle bars, etc. and they are always happy to help us and get us back on the trails as quickly and safely as possible!

After the tune-up my bike rides like a dream! I'm riding quite a bit faster without more effort. Additionally my bike was ready the next day, right when I was told it would be ready.

I really appreciate the help that I received from the people in that store. Even with the small size of my repair, so professional and very nice.

The fellow who helped me… I forget his name unfortunately… he changed the tubes in my tires on the spot when 2 other bicycle shops told me that it would take them 2 days to do that because they had other people in front of me. I really appreciate this guy because my bicycle is currently my main mode of transportation. I recommend trek and this employee especially a 10/10 experience. Thank you!
