Ruby was incredibly helpful. I don't live in SF. I live in Mammoth and was in the city for a couple of days. She was able to squeeze my bike in and fix my bike after taking my bike to a couple bike shops before that couldn't get it right. It was an amazing experience and Ruby is awesome.

I went into the Trek Bike Shop in San Francisco and described a noise the lower gears were making and Collin spent at least an hour taking my bike apart and adjusting the gears to find out why it was making the noise. They didn’t wait or tell me to leave the bike and come back another day, he started working on it immediately until he fixed the problem. When I asked how much I owed him he said it was free because I had just bought the bike a few months ago. I bought a Trek in the first place because I wanted the service that came along with it and it has paid off already!

Collin is the best- he was so helpful and kind in setting up my new bike. He took the time to get everything dialed in, walked me through the features (it’s my first ebike) and just overall was super nice and helpful. Matt was great in helping with the purchase. And the whole team has taken great care of me in servicing my other bike (even though it’s not a Trek) and have fixed things that other shops couldn’t. I go all the way across SF just to patronize this shop.
