What I appreciate most about the Trek store at Southcenter in Tukwila is the customer service. After being away from cycling for the past decade, I purchased a E-bike from them a year ago. Since then their sales & service staff have exceeded my expectations—whether it was for basic questions, or helping out when I had more complex issues. I highly recommend this location.

I walked in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, but by being asked the asked the right questions, what I thought I needed wasn’t what I needed. It didn’t take long to purchase the correct bike for my needs, and I greatly appreciate the staff for taking the time to ask how I plan to use the bike. Pick up was a breeze, I got all of the pertinent information and upgraded the pedals as suggested by Trek. Fantastic service from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to shop there again.
