I had an excellent experience with Jacob at Trek. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond by helping me install an accessory that I had purchased elsewhere. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Jacob is an excellent salesperson and provided outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend him!
