Our Lafayette Culligan has always been great to work with. Chris Randolph our original representative was fantastic in working on a solution at our previous house. At our new house, Stan has serviced our old softener and installed our new one. He is always so friendly, honest, and happy to do his job. Really enjoy working with him and the team at the Lafayette Culligan!
I was impressed with the knowledgeable, courteous individuals that I dealt with from start to finish. I felt that I was provideded with clear & concise information throughout the process to assist me in decision making without any pressure whatsoever.
Stan Cunningham was AMAZING! He went way beyond the call of duty! Over the years since we became a Culligan customer in January 2006, I have often installed filters myself, resulting in numerous leaks. These leaks resulted in warped and rotten floorboards. Stan replaced the floorboards. The replacement was something I never felt I could do myself. DESPITE the fact I worked as a Handyman October 2009 through September 2021! My MS Purdue University August 1977 is in Wood Technology. I am very familiar with using Moisture Meters & with the Properties of various different woods. Stan chose Yellow Poplar to replace the floorboards. Yellow Poplar is the most stable wood there is in terms of moisture resistance. Stable means it warps the least of all the woods. I do not know how resistant it is to rot. But I suspect it is quite resistant. Stan had to install TWO separate floorboards. Because there is a center post on the facing of the cabinet that he had to work around. The crack between the two floorboards is a fine line! I don't see how anybody could do a better job than Stan did!
Have had my RO water system for about 30 years and it still works great, with regular maintenance of course. Maintenance techs are friendly and do a great job.
I am so grateful to have Culligan's salt delivery service. I know they will be there when scheduled. Also, showering and laundry are great. No fabric softener needed!!!
Thank you, Culligan.
