We started out renting the Culligan Softner & Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System & then decided we would buy both units which they installed new. We get the Salt delivered & the staff is awesome,friendly & takes your salt in and checks ro see if it is running. Culligan has been a good choice for our family and will always recommend to our family & friends.

I love Culligan because anytime I have an issue, they are out within a week or so to get it taken care of! They are very quick and efficient with their work and never had an issue with any products.

I bought the Select softener because the government isn't going to know how much water I use. I didn't like the internet feature of the other softeners.

I've been very happy with delivery until this last time when the delivery person didn't use my garage code to put the softener in! When I called to complain, the lady said she would work on setting up another time for him to come out & wasn't the right person to be able to take money off my [NAME REMOVED]. I said that wasn't good enough and to have the route manager call me. That didn't happen. When I called the next day, it was the complete opposite. I was treated very nicely & the delivery charge taken off my [NAME REMOVED] promptly. I don't believe I should have had t call twice to make this happen.
