Perfect! After United Airlines had a number of disruptions Nicola Dunn was phenomenal in getting me a refund and a new flight. Even though I missed her first phone call without realizing it, she was quick to call again with the update that she was able to get my United refund, and hold a spot with Delta. 10 out of 5 stars!
