I was able to walk in and sit down within a few minutes and get a haircut. I needed a haircut badly and was very satisfied with my hair. Looks good and feels good. Good job.
I love the mvp treatment. The hot towel with the shampoo relaxes me and I feel refreshed afterwards. At this specific location Bridget was amazing. Very fast, friendly, and cut my hair perfectly. I will definitely return to this location.
The usual prompt way to setup an appointment and arrive on time so that little time is lost waiting for someone to cut my hair. However, the store where I get my hair cut does not accept "waiters" until after it opens, so if I want to get my hair cut early, I either have to drive to the shop and wait so that I can be one of the first in the door or wait until later in the day and "find" a workable appointment time. I appreciate the fact that many people do not use the very useful SportsClip app to make an appointment and that walk-in customers are defniitely needed to support the business, but I feel that customers using the app and selecting as early a time as they can get, shouldn't be penalized by the company policies and practices. Maybe I'm unusual and if so you can certainly ignore my comment and I'll most likely keep using SportsClip but you asked, and I'm responding..
