These products work best for my hair compared to other products you find in retail stores. They cost a little more, but they're worth it. The service is exceptional! I am always treated with respect and treated like a valued customer. Great service is hard to find these days. Stacey remembers me and how I like my hair, without looking at the notes they keep online. I come in about every 2 months. She always cuts my hair like I want it cut, which is also hard to find.

The staff at the Huntersville, Birkdale location are amazing, especially Stacy. I have been going there for 18 years, and Stacy is doing a great job with the friendly philosophy of the store. Great job!

Alysa provided the best haircut I’ve had in years. She took her time, listened thoroughly and knew exactly the style, was very pleasant, and showed no frustration from my pickiness and request for a shampoo. The manager was also great, honoring my coupon, training another team member, and sharing a business card to make scheduling my next visit easy. And of course, the facility is great with ESPN on the flatscreen right in front of the Customer. Kudos to all!
