Atlanta Cycling Roswell is the best partner for my cycling requirements. Their inventory across all their stores and ability to get any parts you need quickly is amazing. Great selection of trek bikes and gear. The staff knows what they’re talking about and helped us pick the perfect bikes and accessories. We also purchased a bike attached for the car and they came outside and installed it and showed us how to use it. So thankful for this store!

I was in the market for two ebikes for the wife and I, so that we could tow our two young children around the neighborhood, where a flat stretch of road is nowhere to be found. I decided to stop in the Roswell location during my lunch break to test ride, as neither of us have ridden an ebike before. It's probably been 10 years since I purchased my last one (which was a basic mountain bike), and a lot has changed in the industry since then. Richard was the sales associate that helped me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. My wife couldn't make it until the next day, so he made sure to reserve both bikes for us, so they were ready to go when we came back. When we returned, they made sure everything was fitted to us before leaving the store. They handled the bike registration for warranty purposes, and explained what to lookout for to know when it's time for the first "tune-up" which they will do for free in the store. We have since taken the bikes out most weekends. Having the peddle assist is a game changer for the hills. Makes it a much more enjoyable, family friendly outting, allowing us to go out much further, even when towing the trailer. Whereas before, it was an intense cardio workout as soon as we pulled out of the driveway. I am itching to get back out on the mountain bike trails, so I'll definitely be back to Atlanta Cycling when the time comes, because I know they will be there to help from start to finish, making sure we only have to focus on enjoying riding our bikes.
