We’ve been customers for over 15 years, and the experience has always been outstanding. Most recently, I purchased an Aventon eBike for my wife. Ramon in sales took the time to carefully walk us through the options so we chose the right model and accessories, including a specific car carrier that fit our needs. When the bike was delivered, Ramon and the team installed the carrier and thoroughly showed my wife all the features and how to use them so she felt confident right away. I highly recommend Atlanta Cycling for their excellent products and truly caring, knowledgeable service.

Kevin, in service, is my hero. Front tire was flat. He evaluated the stem and found out there was a small hole in the tube. Inspected the lining. Also inspected my tire and confirmed it was just fine. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I always come to you guys with my bike needs and every time you exceed my expectations. Kevin was great and helped open the door when I left. Hope you had a nice bike outing in Summerville this weekend. John Earwood
