Everything the sales team said, Cindy was right on. We are very happy with the new counter tops they are beautiful. The installer was very Meticulous, and cleaned up the job site every day. You have a great customer service team. Thanks for dropping off my matching cutting board . I would recommend you to friends and family.

All - The company we hired to remodel our bathroom definitely sent us one of their finest professionals. He was very polite, patient, a pleasure to work with, humble, and most of all, highly knowledgeable. He completed the job to our exact standards. In fact, we have already asked him to remodel our second bathroom! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was tech-savvy in all areas of the remodeling process, highly skilled, and truly mastered every aspect of the job to ensure customer satisfaction. I pray that the company he works for gives him all the praise he deserves and recognizes what a great asset he is in representing them." Thanks so much Robbie for a job well done!

Kevin and Allen were great! They txt'd me when enroute for planning purposes. The Office manager Jill Moore was, in my view, sorely lacking in professional skills. I have been working in Corporate America finance for over thirty years and the manner with which she TRIED to explain the movement of funds, from the firm, Granet Transformations uses, left me feeling that I owed a rather large sum of money. When I tried to explain that I had secured financing, for over $15,000 with the MOMNT firm for zero interest for 24 months, she raised her voice and kept insisting that I just need to authorize the transaction. She failed to state that my authorizing the transaction was just an "OK" for Momnt to send funds to Granet Transformations. I am the customer and your staff should be reminded that customers should be treated better. After all, without customers you have NO business. I have used Granet Transformations before for counter replacement and have been extremely satisfied with all the services I received. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she just needs to be reminded to listen before she BARKS her response.

We are currently installing our 5th Granite Transformations countertop, not because of deterioration or any type of problem but because when have twice changed our guest bathrooms over a 20 years period. Each project by Granite Transformations has been fast and down in a quality manner, with tremendous results. For the first time we are using it to also resurface the cabinet, including replacing the doors and drawers with a different style. That has yet to be done - waiting for the material. If you want to replace a countertop in you bath rooms or kitchen, Granite Transformations is an outstanding alternative to a granite slab, marble, and all the other materials available in the marketplace. The project is turnkey, no need to hire a carpenter, plumber, etc., because those trades are provided by Granite Transformations.

Contractor Ravi, who did the work, was fabulous. The bathroom looks amazing. However the marketing of your product was way off. We were led to believe both by the saleswoman at the home fair and by Cindy Timmons that the project would take 2-3 days. Instead it took two full weeks.

The two installers were very friendly and did a super job. I was very pleased and they both worked like a team. I would give them a five. The product looked good and I was pleased with the final product.

We had new countertops installed by Granite Transformations. Initially we had a design consultation in which Shannon presented their products from which we chose the one which appealed to us. She was very helpful and did not push us to buying their product. She set up appointments for us to have the measurements taken and the installation of the countertops. Kevin and Robbie were their installers and they did a fantastic job. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed on their overall progress. The installation took more than one day and unfortunately there was a delay in their completion of the project. We had to wait a few extra days for the team to return due to unforeseen circumstances. However, upon their return the work was completed in several hours. We are most pleased with the quality of the product and work done by Granite Transformations.
