Well I showed the barber a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair to look like. I had long hair and advised the barber that I wanted to cut my hair to a medium length. After the haircut my hair was extremely short and the complete opposite of what I wanted. I did not notice he cut all of it off because I trusted he knew what exactly I wanted. Before I knew it , it was already too late and couldn't stop him from hacking my hair off. So yes I was extremely dissatisfied with the barber New Port Richey FL location

Julia did a fantastic job. Having long hair, I don’t get my hair cut or trimmed very often, but she made the experience very pleasant with great results! I wish my hair grew faster so could go back more often!

We have had a couple different ladies here and they are all amazing! My 4 year old has Autism and he really does not like getting his hair cut. Everyone ia extremely patient and kind with him!

Kelsie did a great job cutting my hair. I recommend the MVP shampoo - very relaxing. Be sure to sign in online to cut down the in-store wait time.

Upon credit card payment there should be a 15% option for tip and expressed in % not actual dollars. The lowest amount show for tip was $8 for a 30$ Senior MVP which is way too high as an option (I.e. 27% tip). Realize there was an “Other” option to input tip but it is too much work at payment time and prone to making errors.
