My son got his hair cut. I asked for a trim, some length to be taken off and the thick hair on the back of his head to be cleaned up, and for the hair that lays on his forehead to be cut shorter to be out of his eyes. It was like pulling teeth. I kept asking and requesting that things go a little shorter, clean more up, etc. I’m not a Karen by any means and the service was not necessarily rude, but it felt like simple directions were being hand waved to the point where I was asking why the cut looked so goofy. The gentleman assured me that “it will look better and shorter when it dries”…so I’m supposed to leave service without verifying how the cut actually looks? When there’s hairdryers all around us? Not sure if it’s the business model or associate but I was rushed out clearly without being satisfied and spent money at another establishment to have his haircut corrected. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who asks.

Bri was great, very friendly, offered me the services and did a great job. At the end of my visit she offered me a MVP card to track upcoming cuts to receive a free cu, along with she gave me a referral card. The only downside to the visit was when you walk into this location there’s a very distinct and unpleasant odor within the building. This didn’t affect my service from Bri but a little disappointed as it’s not welcoming.

My stylist did not take the time to blow away or wipe away all of the hair clippings from my ears and neck, and I did not realize that until I got out of the store. Very irritating and what are my pet peeves.

Bri at Sport Clips is the best! She gave me an awesome haircut and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. She was super friendly, professional, and paid attention to every detail. It’s clear she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I couldn’t be happier with how my haircut turned out. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and makes you feel welcome, ask for Bri! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
