You mounted two tires on my road wheels. I supplied valves and sealant but you checked both and found that the valves were not correct for the rim and the sealant was expired, so you did a great job doing the work correctly and informing me of that when I picked them up.

In short, everything was fantastic. Xavier and Mike, the two people with whom I dealt, were top-notch in all respects. Mike is very knowledgeable about kayaks, and was not in any way pushy. He was patient, informative, and very, very helpful. Xavier not only installed my car rack but took the time to answer the several questions I had. The best part of our visit, though, was meeting Baxter. Every place of business should have a "shop dog" like Baxter, who is exceedingly friendly and brought a smile to many faces while I was there.

I had no idea what I wanted so I went to action bikes and Outdoors and started to browse. Then the service manager Xavier Pick approach me with a warm smile and a firm handshake asking me what can I do for you? I told him I have no idea what I'm looking at but I'm looking for a good sturdy mountain bike to ride on not on the road for off-road to the woods you know dirt roads and stuff like that. So he recommended this one mountain bike a trek I took it for a test ride and I liked it. I got back and told me it was very nice and he had another bike that he wanted it me to try a Kono it's a Fat Tire Bike the Kono Wo large. So I said okay no problem but before I take off what exactly is a Fat Tire Bike? He went through the whole thing it's a little bouncy On Pavement but I won't be driving on hardly any payment whatsoever but he said in the woods on the dirt trails and stuff the tires are low inflated and it'll Glide over the rocks. He said I have one here in stock right now it's still in the box so he goes in the back pulls the box out shows it to me explain the differences and the difference in the weight of the frames Trek frame vs Kono frame. We had to get some place so he said I'll pull this out of the box put it together and come back like in an hour or so which we did. I took it for a ride came back 10 minutes later I said okay let me try that Trek bike again so I tried the Trek bike again I came back with that and I said let me try that Fat Tire Bike one more time and off I went. Well I took it down on a Stone Road on the edge of town down along the river and it did exactly what he said it just glided over everything it was fabulous I was tickled to death so I came back and I said I don't like to make rat's decisions but I want this bike. I explained to him that everything he told me about a Fat Tire Bike was perfectly explained to me. When we got back he had it all together and set up for me with the seat because I had asked for an upgraded seat so it wouldn't be so hard on an old man's butt. The service the knowledge and the friendliness of the associates here are above and beyond the Call of Duty I highly recommend stop in and talk to them they will not steer you wrong and you will leave with a youth smile and feeling good about it.

Wilson and TC provided excellent service! I was able to test out a bunch of bikes to figure out which size I wanted. Once I landed on a bike they were able to order me the specific one I wanted and had it shipped and ready to ride within a week!
