My wife and I have taken a few different bikes down over the years. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Colville is lucky to have a top quality shop in our town.

You were able to get my bike in for a tune the day I dropped it off, and it was ready the next day. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. You sold me new brake pads because I needed them but advised that I didn't need to replace the rear tire yet (I thought I did), that it still had some good life left on it.

The Trek bike I purchased is terrific. The owner was suggesting a bike in the category of assistance models And even though I was an experienced rider 20 years ago - this bike was definitely the right the type for my age & needs.
