Did a great job tuning up our two bikes. Clearly explained all the adjustments that were made and explained how to use the locking mechanism for the suspension. Dropped the bikes off and the service was completed the same day. Great job, will bring them back for a tuneup next year.

Really good Mechanics! I brought my 1980s rear wheel to the shop to have the freewheel fixed/replaced, and the mechanic replaced it super quickly.

Top of the line bikes and accessories. Very competent mechanics, who give you suggestions on how to improve your bikes performance. After I crashed, my bike was ready to go before I was. That is just great service ! Cheers , Henry Fast

The knowledge shared by the staff was very informative. They made recommendations based on my goals and budget. They include options they don’t sell to help me with collecting enough information to make an informed decision. There’s no pressure to purchase a specific product.

I had a bike fit with James and it was a great experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me throughout the entire process. He answered every question I had and was extremely patient. I had a great time. I would highly recommend going to alter ego sports after the experience I had.

I was really pleased that I was charged a minimal amount for wheel trying since they were only slightly out of true.
