Two years ago I purchased a mountain bike at Giant Ancaster and also sought to “resuscitate” an older bike of mine. They did a fantastic job adding new chain, brakes, tires, tubes, brake lines, pedals. These fellows offer great service: friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Giant for all biking needs!

Very personable and supportive team, went over and above to ensure the product I was going to buy fit my bike before purchasing . Also was looking for a unique part for my older Giant TCX and they took the time to hit the basement and come up with the exact part I was looking for that I didn’t know actually existed for that bike.
