Andrew, who helped me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain ALL the functions of the bike, which were many. He answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured or rushed. The level of customer service was outstanding, and it's clear that the team is passionate about cycling and genuinely cares about their customers. The entire purchasing process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. I'm extremely happy with my new bike and would highly recommend Avenue Cyclery to anyone looking for quality products, expert advice, and exceptional service. I bought an e-bike 2 years ago from them. The shopkeeper was very friendly and explained why I shouldn't buy an externally mounted battery. They also accomodated my style well and let me test the bike I would end up buying. Great experience!

Great help - took a lot of time explaining bike options to me and then once I had decided on a bike, explain all functionalities of that particular bike. Everything was delivered and set up by the time they communicated. And prices are fair also. Just a great experience overall.
