I like the products, but I like the people best. There are a couple of bike shops closer to me, but I like Bickels because they’re friendly, know their products, and aren’t high pressure.

Our sales man was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He did a good job explaining functions on the bike as it was our first "mature" bike for our 13 year old. We appreciate the time he took and thought through what add-ons would be specifically needed for our lifestyle. When we got home, our 11 year old was jealous and of course, is now saving for his own bike from Bickel's.
