Kind, professional, timely service.

Such an amazing experience, calm and reassuring! I purchased my first bike here and it was a great location for test riding too!

Great folks work there.

Knowledge and good service and decent spread of quality bikes

I had a phenomenal experience at Bicycle Habitat purchasing a bike for my first grader! The person who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I initially had a bike assembled that, unfortunately, turned out to be too small, but they went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute change and help me find the right fit for my child. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I regret not remembering their name because they truly deserve recognition for their excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Bicycle Habitat to anyone looking for a bike and a team that genuinely cares about getting things right for their customers!

The products available and recommended by the staff are all high quality and the service provided is exceptional. As a customer I get the sense that they truly care about my experience.

The mechanics really worked hard to figure out what was wrong and were able to fix it despite being an edge case causing the issue.

Thanks for the help.

Staff was so helpful and kind

They are very helpful, thanks

Employees are all very personable and know their biz. One story will suffice - brought bike in and wanted to change tires to better, faster tire because the bike was moving slow. The repairman put the bike up and said he thought the pressure was just low. He filled the tires up and we were good to go. In another store, they may have just sold me new tires and walked away with the extra money... to me that means the staff and management here care for their customers and biking and that shows in the way they run the store and work with customers. That's what keeps me coming back

although I was shocked at the overhaul sticker price (advanced notice) the work done on my 10 year old Cannondale was overdue and delivered good value for money. I was probably on course for a brake or tire failure soon down the road.

Fast, friendly, easy, accommodating. Delivered as agreed.
