You guys are excellent. I always get my bike back the same day I bring it in for a repair. It seems you have enough staff to meet demand which is rare in NYC bike shops. You also close at 7 which is great- most shops close at 5 pm for some reason. Tune ups are a bit pricy, but your guys know what they are doing so it's worth it.

There’s a lot of products available within store. If not, they will order or source for you. The service is top tier. Fast, easy and very communicative which is very appreciated

I liked the staffs knowledgeability about all the bikes I have brought in. The were professional and very straight forward making suggestions but not pushing sales . My cannondale Bad Boy is an older model but from the moment I wheeled it from the repair dock I could feel a difference immediately for the better
