I walked in with my first road bike yesterday which I bought second hand. Service staff and the owner were super friendly and helped get me set up with a pair of shoes and a tune up of the bike. The staff appeared very trustworthy and honest which I appreciate given my knowledge of bikes is relatively low. I do appreciate all the help from the team and am looking forward to getting the bike back and on the road!

After being gifted a bike, I wanted to convert it to a trainer for the winter. I brought it into Bicycles Plus to get the chain fixed, air back in the tires and get it functioning. Arlene, John, and the rest of the staff were amazing, friendly and professional, and extremely informative. This is definitely the place to go in Durham if you’re looking to ride on the “open road” or you want convert your bike to stationary to ride at home during the winter. The staff at Bicycles Plus will definitely take care of you.
