Brought in my son’s Trek bike that I there years ago. We needed the brakes fixed and the back tire changed out. Decided to have them wash it, also. I was very pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price of the service work.

I really liked that an associate helped me get my bike out out of the truck and into the shop. The mechanic, Dan, looked over my bike and explained what would be needed. He quoted an estimate that included calling me if there were any other issues found along with any additional costs. He gave me a pick up date and it was ready on that date. Dan was kind enough to put my bike in the truck. My bike looks great and will ride like a dream with the new tires I'm sure. Thanks TREK for another pleasant experience.

First of all, Michael Kulp, I call him "Kulpinator", is the absolute BEST at what he does at your Virginia Beach, VA location! I have purchased many bikes from him, directly, because he is a good listener, communicator, and way knowledgeable. Thank you for having Michael at this shop, he is the best!
