The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. however, prices can be a bit on the high side (replaced two tires was ~ $170) also was looking for new shoes and before they would order a pair I had to purchase them. Seems odd when I did not know if I would like them or if they would fit.

Very nice store in general, has alot of supply to look at and shop. Very friendly people working there. Kept us up to date while working on the bike. Anything that was out of their control, they still tried to find ways to fix or offer up apologizes even though none of it was their fault or problem to begin with. Honestly they went above and beyond for a first time customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone leaning one way or another about looking for a bike shop. Sean for sure was a great help in particular! Thanks to everyone at Bike Doctor for getting my husband's bike to the riding shape it should have been in when I purchased it from Upway!! You guys are awesome!

My very used bike got a tune up there and it looks like new! I'm now going to put it in a trainer for the winter and Tom even helped me put in the cassette on the trainer and checked that everything was working properly. They also gave me great advice and didn't make me spend money unnecessarily. Will come again!
