I really appreciated that I was able to drop the bike off at my convenience. Communication was excellent. I felt that no one was trying to take advantage of me. And I learned something about my bike. I will absolutely be back. It’s a matter fact just this morning I was telling friends they need to take their bikes to the Bike Doctor!

My bike was repaired well, and it is in top condition following repair work by the Bike Doctor. The technician there kept me informed on the work needs, made good recommendations, and installed the parts. I was given approval options along the way. It was more complicated than a simple repair because my bike had fallen off the bike rack of my friend's car and was dragged for some distance down the Interstate, so there was significant damage. Nice work, Bike Doctor.
