Nick was very helpful. He had lots of knowledge about the bike I was interested in and it made a difference in our selection. Thanks for the assistance!

Very knowledgeable staff. Flexible with my needs. Excellent service. Over 20 years experience with them. Brought my 1984 mountain bike "back to life." Helped me make a decision on my new e-bike. Even checked out my old bike prior to me selling it.

The expertise of your entire team, from the front desk to repairs, every staff member in Annapolis exceeds expectations- from answering questions about options to improve my bikes, and the proven advice results to the level of precision in workmanship for multiple repairs, mods and replacements - in 40+ years of riding and working with other shops I've NEVER been so impressed or had this much peace of mind concerning my entire family's fleet of bikes (5!) - Annapolis Bike Doctor is truly extraordinary. Special 'shout out' to Brad, the kindest rep ever, who's patience when I blast him with 1K questions, and he answers EVERY one like the pro he is; and, Brian, HIS incredible wealth of knowledge...he shares so graciously and literally makes me feel smarter every time he explains anything bike reated...another example of the highest caliber people at Bike Doctor!!
