You are very truthful about everything you say and do and the service is done with a good explanation of what happened and what needs to be done to avoid future problems. Also, if you come across something new, that you haven't seen before, you say so right up front and that makes you of a much higher caliber than other locations. It is good to have true honesty with no deceptive double talk with someone who really knows their stuff. Thank you!

I bought my Trek Rail from Robbi in April of 2023. I had put just over 900 miles on it when it failed for no apparent reason. Robbi had done its last annual service for me back in spring of 2024. Then my bike sat for almost 2years. The way it failed left me researching whether or not the bosch motor had failed. Robbi assured me that he is like a doctor over the phone and I would need to bring the bike in for a proper diagnosis. So I drive 1.5 hours expecting to leave it and be called back Lord only knows when. But to my complete surprise, Robbi got it diagnosed immediately and fixed it. Also let me know very politely the importance of checking that things are solid and right before riding. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man and the level of service he and Tad provide exceeded my expectations!!! I will willingly make the drive to Bike And Hike for all of my mountain biking needs! Top notch service with unmatched value!
