I recommend BikeKraft when asked for my opinion as well as when offering a suggestion due to the mechanical excellence and welcoming atmosphere of the store. I appreciate Dakota’s expertise as much as I value his congenial attitude. Another young man there seems equally kind & prepared to answer questions. Based on how well I have been treated and the successful repairs, I feel confident sending anyone to do business at BikeKraft. Please do not share my name! Feel free to add I am a 62 year old woman.

The service that Dakota and the other text have given me have been great, I really like the trek brand, was a little disappointed that trek would not warranty the battery on my new trek slash+ but was grateful that the company that puts the motors in the Bike did warranty the battery for me, especially since I’ve only owned the bike for four months. But that is only because Dakota called and asked the company if they would warranty the battery since Truck refused, which was very appreciated.
