Very pleased with the service on my two bikes. The service department checked both bikes out prior to booking the service and were very thorough in asking if I had and issues or concerns with the bikes. The service was completed on the date promised and I received a prompt phone call. When I picked up the bikes a review was done on both bikes as to what was done. Great work from the service team!!!!

Friendly staff and a good selection of items Tyler was very helpful and was able to look up and find stock in another colour for the shoe size I needed. I appreciate being greeted at the door on entry and the personalized service I received when I came in.

B&B replaced an air tube in my bike tire. They did it promptly, fairly and very reasonably priced. I thought I would need a whole new tire, which they could have sold me, but they told me the tire itself was fine.

I received fantastic service at your store yesterday. I didn't get the name of the man who helped me, perhaps you can find that in my customer info (under Sav Jonsa) The help i received is EXACTLY what I think any customer would be grateful for, yet isn't as common in many retail stores. The moment I arrived, a young man opened the doors for me so I wouldn't struggle with my bike. So, my experience started off on a great foot. He chatted with me a few times while I was there and was very nice. But it was a different gentleman that greeted me right away as I got further into the store, helped me find the chain grease I needed, told me how to apply it, and demonstrated how to remove the grease after. He was only helpful and patient. I will say, pretty much every single time I go to B&B I am treated with absolute respect and genuine kindness. I'm not sure what sets your store apart for ensuring you have such great employees, if it is within your hiring practices or your staff training. Whatever it is, keep it up!!
