I went in looking for an e-bike. John answered all my questions. I gave the bike a test ride and found that it was fairly straightforward to operate. There was no pressure whatsoever. I’ll be riding it downtown Paducah this morning.

John, Austin and Greg are awesome... every time something goes on with one of my bikes they get it fixed in a flash. They have gone above and beyond in recommending products and getting my bikes set up. Austin even dropped what he was doing to get my bars wrapped quickly when I came back to pick up my bike. Great customer service and always are able to get me taken care of and back out riding.

John is knowledgeable and friendly. He adjusted my bike so that it felt much more comfortable than it had felt. I rode on the gravel section of the Greenway Trail, and it was a great ride. And I bought a cool BikeWorld jersey at a very fair price. I'lll definitely return, even though I now live two hours from the store.
