I like BG so much because they’re a holistic bike shop covering everything a cyclist may need since they’ve partnered with on site support service providers such as bike fitting and carbon repairs. They also have competent, experienced technicians who can properly perform maintenance and component replacement/tuning. They have a solid product line in bikes and accessories and everything they provide in both products and services are always competitively priced - even with online providers. I drive out of my way to go to them because they run such a quality shop.
