I contacted Bob’s Bicycles by phone on October 7 to explain that our Trek mountain bikes (D.S. 8.4–17.5 and D.D. 8.4–15.5) had been damaged by our moving crew. The staff were extremely professional and helpful in discussing repair options and arranging for us to bring the bikes in for an assessment. When we arrived, Jeremy and the team were friendly, courteous, and thorough in inspecting our bikes. They asked us to leave the bikes with them for a complete overhaul and a repair estimate. Within one day, we received their quote and authorized the recommended repairs. On October 20, we received an email confirming that our bikes were repaired and ready for pickup. Bob’s Bicycles did a spectacular job overhauling both bikes and restoring them to excellent working condition. I highly recommend Bob’s Bicycles to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and courteous service, especially Trek bike owners. Their communication, efficiency, and quality of workmanship made this a great experience from start to finish!

I have not ridden this bike in about ten years, so I like the way you inspected first then told me the results, then provided an anticipated work order, which I approved and then you fixed it rather quickly at what I think were very reasonable costs. Yes, I was happy all the way around and at 72, I am now more likely to ride this bike than when I was at 62 and believe me that is saying something. Great job!
