Ben and the other staff are excellent in answering questions and providing service to their customers. They're currently selling one of my Trek bikes for me and have been so helpful in that effort. This is definitely my go-to bike shop for service and any other answers I may need.

Found Bob's Bicyle on Google Maps and picked it because the location was convenient. Boy was that a blessing. Ben was so helpful when I brought in a bike that needed lots of attention but I didnt even know if I would keep it. It was done within a few days and I walked away with lots of advice on how to proceed. If I keep the bike, I'll bring it back there for sure.

Bob’s was recommended to me by a fellow cyclist. I snapped a section of my rear sprocket during a recent peddle. The team gave outstanding attention to detail in a complete rear sprocket replacement for a hard-to-match carbon fiber belt setup / sprocket system. The team found the perfect solution and the new sprocket is smooth as mayonnaise. The shop is well stocked and has high quality products at reasonable prices. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Bob’s to anyone. I’m heading back for anything cycling related in the years to come!

Always a great place to pop into. The staff are friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE, and have time for everyone. As well the shop is a hub for group rides. If they don't have it they can get it.

I don't have a bike, but a electric scooter. I had a brake problem. So asked if they can look at it. They fixed it then recently I had a flat tire, I asked if they can fix it. They did. The manager and the staff are fantastic No questions ask or we don't repair scooters. The man in the backroom who did the repairs was outstanding and kind. Am 73 and my scooter is my only transportation. If your looking to buy a bike, Bob is the place. They won't let you down. Thank you Bob. Your a God send.

i've been dealing with Bob's Bicycle Shop since the 1980's and always have had a good experience whether it was the purchase of a new bike or the repair and maintenance of an existing bike. Ben, the manager taking over from Rod (the owner), still helps to keep up the really great things that this shop does to support the local community.
