Staff was absolutely outstanding. I walked in about a half an hour before close looking to get a tube on one of my tires fixed, as it was not accepting air from my Presta valve. Jose got it replaced in less than 10 minutes, exceptional work! I did not catch the name of the other feller working nor the nice lady at the checkout, but they were all very knowledgeable and efficient. This was around 6:30pm on 10/15/26, so mucho appreciado to those two as well. This all made my long ride Saturday possible!

My son and I have visited many bike stores looking for a very specific piece of bike hardware and no store was able to procure it. Rob from Brandon Bikeworks search high and low for our piece in a spare box and he found it. I can't say how much I appreciate him searching and finding a long searched for part. Visit / support this store they are the best.

The guys are so helpful & friendly. I’m not a high value customer just a local gal that occasionally reds help with my little scooter tires. They always treat me like I’m their best customer. Always friendly, jump right on my repair when no other shop would bother with my tires. So, if you’re looking to buy a bike or just need a small repair, I’m positive they will treat you the best. They also have lots of nice bikes, all sizes & style. Actually I was quite surprised about their pricing. Seemed very reasonable to me. Give them a try, they are honest, hard working regular local guys.

The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. We went in looking to purchase new bikes. They let us test drive them in the parking lot, put on a new seat we wanted, and helped install a used bike rack we purchased. Really great customer service! If you want to shop local and have somewhere to repair your bikes, this is the place.

Got a new Trek Verve. It's a great bike for road and trail. I did some trail-riding in Balm after the purchase (not the hard-core trails, but did some pretty bumpy rooty baby trails) and my bike was awesome! Vikki and Rob were AMAZING, helpful and honest, helped me pick a bike for my needs without trying to gouge me. She also recommended local bike trails and gave me maps. He helped me put the bike rack on my car. They were just super nice people, business or not. I've come here before for several repairs of my old bike and never had any issues or problems, fair prices. Highly recommend!
