The customer service is incredible. When I needed a new bike in 2025, Scott and Tim were excellent in helping me decide on a bike and making sure all the adjustments were made for a perfect fit. Each time I return for any assistance, service or product, all the staff have been helpful. Scott and Tim continue to be my “go to” guys. Scott in particular took the time to contact Trek on my behalf regarding an issue with the Trek lettering on my bike. When Trek replaced the bike, Scott and team checked all my adjustments and put the new bike together using that information. I feel so respected as a customer. Additionally, Scott and Tim have been so kind in regard to a personal tragedy I experienced. Customer service, kindness, technical bike skills and biking advice in one place, Broadway Bicycles! Trek is most fortunate to have this shop and this staff in Tucson. I also appreciate the quality of Trek bicycles and their commitment to customers.
