I got there at 11am. You guys were able to change the innertube on my wife's bike professionally, expertly and quickly. You have great staff at Summit. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

I always go to Summit bike shop for repairs on my 4 bikes that I can't or don't have time for. Yesterday I walked in for a brake cable and they were able to do it really fast and I was on my way. I also bought a new Trek fx + earlier this year. Got a great deal and I really enjoy the ride. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thankfully I don't care about the price of gas these days.

From the moment I walked into Bike Summit for the first time, Brandon greeted me and felt heard without being critical. I not only purchased some upgraded accessories, I also had my bike serviced as I prepare for an 8-day bike ride. There was a slight delay in bike being ready, the customer service was above and beyond which replaced the delay. I will return for future maintenance and just may purchase my next bike soon. Thank you! Vanessa aka Lady V

Good selection of bicycles and cycling products, helpful sales staff and bike mechanics. I’ve purchased at least 7 bicycles from Summit over the years for myself and other family members. Summit also sponsors our 300+ member cycling club, Peninsula Velo.
