The sales person who helped me was great. He was knowledgable about the gloves I wanted to buy. He also offered alternative brands and showed me what was on sale for the brand I wanted to buy. I appreciated his helpfulness.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and able to suggest alternatives, even if it's something they don't carry. A pleasure shopping there.

You have gear for the recreational activities that I like to engage in, including cycling, hiking, XC skiing, and camping. Your staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Your web site is informative and reliable. I value the discount that I get at Bushtukah because I am a member of the Rideau Trail Association. The emails I get from Bushtukah are helpful, but not overly numerous.

Good range of products. Often beyond my price range as a pensioner on fixed income but I like to keep an eye on the sales. Bike servicing excellent. First class staff.
