The team, especially Adam, took care of me from the first time I came in. They recommended products (helmet, saddle bags, bike seat, etc) all of which have worked out great. The team tuned and upgraded my existing mountain bike to more of a road bike, which will make my 100+ mile bike ride for charity more comfortable.

The staff at City Cycle were awesome from the moment I dropped off to the moment I picked up. My bike needed a pretty serious tuneup after years of neglect and they did excellent work to get it back into tip top riding shape. In addition to that, their prices were very reasonable and they had it ready within their quoted window. I would definitely come back for any future bicycle needs. Thanks!

Availability of highly rated brands. Years of experience not only of bikes but our region as they have been there at the same location for... ever. Service team is extremely helpful. I had a flat tire on the first ride. Called them up, dropped off bike and they repaired it immediately for free as a goodwill gesture for a new customer. Thats the way to gain loyalty. They earn it.

Extremely helpful on the phone and in person. Family owned! Gladly drive the 45 minutes to buy the next bike. Landry’s is 5 minutes away and I wouldn’t want a bike from them for free. Couldn’t be happier with City Cycle
