This was my First time dealing with Cookson Cycles and they were brilliant from start to finish, they are a great set of lads, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do, I was made to feel very welcome and they made the process of buying my new bike so easy, I got my Amflow PR Pro at a time when there were very few in the country, they had it prepared, Snakeskin wrapped and delivered at a time convenient for me in 5 days, I could of had it in 2 days if I’d been available to pick the bike up. Highly Recommended will definitely use again.

I recently purchased a new Amflow bike from Cookson Cycles, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of customer service I received.
When I went to collect the bike, Rick was extremely patient and took the time to go through every detail with me, answering all of my questions thoroughly. Nothing felt rushed or like it was simply a standard handover. He carefully set up the suspension, seat angle and dropper post to suit my weight and riding style.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. Rick asked me to ride the bike outside the shop so he could check that everything felt right, and whenever I identified something that needed a minor adjustment, he made the change and had me ride it again to make sure I was completely happy. That level of care and personal attention was exceptional.
I’ve bought various bikes from other retailers over the years, and this was by far the most comprehensive and professional handover experience I’ve had. It was clear that Rick genuinely wanted to make sure I left the shop with the bike perfectly set up and that I was confident and happy with it.
I would highly recommend Cookson Cycles to anyone looking for not only a great bike, but outstanding customer service. A big thank you to Rick for making the whole experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to Cookson Cycles for my next bike.

I am really happy with the service from Cookson Cycles! I would (and have) highly recommend, and I will personally be a continuous customer of theirs. The workshop assembly was flawless, price was competitive, and the service was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. Even when a small issue occurred after three months of riding, the component was replaced with no quibble under warranty. An outstanding LBS.

Cooksons we're really easy to deal with, I bought the bike via their website but arranged for collection in person.
I emailed the shop asking if I could collect it in a couple of days and they asked me I wanted the boke set up tubeless and if I was OK for pedals as they had a selection I could choose from and buy when I picked the bike up.
Really easy to deal with and very polite.
